On the Governing Board all of the owners are proportionally represented, which is constituted as the Exhibition Centre’s highest body. The chairmanship is held by the President of the Aragon’s Government, represented by Employment, Economy and Treasury Councillor. The post of secretary is occupied by the Industry, Commerce and Development Councillor. The rest of the Board members are the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and of the Exhibition Centre, a representative of Saragossa’s County Council, a representative of the City Council and a representative of Ibercaja.

Amongst other competences the Governing Board holds all those relating to the ownership of the Exhibition Centre; it is the maximum responsible for the approval of the budget and the acquisition or transfer of properties.
